SHIPPING BASED ON ORDER TOTAL:

minimum $25 s/h for orders UNDER $100.

Saddles $99 s/h within continental USA

Easy Returns & Exchanges

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. First call the office: (818) 889-6988 or call Colin direct on his cell: (818) 309-8125.

If it is a question of saddle fit, email Colin directly at tassc@aol.com with a photo of your animal with and without the saddle, so he can comment on what he sees. There might be a simple answer to the problem with the item.

We do not refund shipping,  custom work, or cost of fitting a saddle.

If a product is returned through no fault of the product within the first week a 10% restocking fee will apply. After two weeks a 20% restocking fee. After three weeks a 30% restocking fee. Thereafter it is negotiable. There is no restock fee on exchanges to equal or more value.

If in your view the saddle does not fit, we will do a second fitting at our expense.  In this case a discussion would be appropriate, and more information might be requested for the second try (which happens in 5 per cent of cases with saddles). We have a standard two week trial period, but this is negotiable, given special circumstances, like weather or an inability of the rider to connect with his or her horse.
