The WESTERN AUSSIE BAG lays across the back of the extended saddle skirt, just like regular Western bags on Western saddles, only these are smaller and more compact, with a couple of nice features, like pouches on the top for flashlight, hoof pick, whatever. The snap closure pouches are 5” deep and 2” wide. Laid out from end to end, the bags have an overall length of 35”. The main cargo bags are 8” high, 10 wide with a gusset of 3”. They are made from sturdy American cowhide, with solid brass buckles that have stainless steel tongues. They fit to the saddle with leather ties, two on each side.
